  • 5-6 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Green Chili, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Wash and soak poha in water for 2 minutes, until they are soft, Sprinkle salt and sugar over it, mix/toss well and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds.
  • When the seeds start splattering, green chillies, tomato, add curry leaves and peanuts. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add chopped potatoes and salt, Mix well and cook covered until potatoes turn tender. This will take around 3-4 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, mix well
  • Add the drained poha and simmer the heat.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Keep stirring in between.
  • Serve hot.
